How did you become a GLC Lawyer?

I arrived at GLC in 2022. The managing partner offered me to work in the firm, with the responsibility of supervising the area of leads and tasks, a function that at that time was in the process of structuring. I took on the challenge of developing a new commercial division from scratch, integrating processes, tools and methodologies to transform opportunities into solid client relationships. Since then, we have evolved into a more strategic and proactive business development structure.

Practice areas and vision for the future

I have a law degree from the University of Costa Rica (UCR), but it was life experience that led me to enter the business world. The combination of both fields has allowed me to play my role with an integral perspective.

My main focus is in the commercial and business development area, where I specialize in identifying strategic opportunities, designing effective value propositions, optimizing sales processes and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

In the future, I envision an even more robust commercial department, with highly automated processes, a consolidated network of strategic allies and an organizational culture focused on excellence. All of this, with the objective of consolidating GLC’s position as a leading firm in Latin America.

What are the reasons that make GLC different and why do you believe in the Law firm?

GLC is different because it not only offers legal solutions, but also understands the client’s business and accompanies it from a strategic point of view. Its multi-Latin approach, its ability to adapt to the regional environment, and its commitment to legal innovation make it a firm with purpose.

I believe in GLC because I have seen how it evolves, how it promotes internal talent and how it bets on authentic relationships with its clients. There is vision, structure and passion here.

Hobbies, passion, aspirations, dreams…

I am passionate about reading, music and enjoying quality time with my family. I find motivation in the challenges that drive me to create and build, seeing how an idea becomes a strategy and, in turn, how that strategy materializes into results.

My dream is to keep moving forward on this path, leading in business and leaving a positive footprint in every project I undertake.
