How did you become a GLC Lawyer?

I first joined the GLC Legal team in 2013 as a paralegal. In 2024, after a period of professional growth, I returned to the firm to assume the role of director of the Labor Department. Since then, I have led strategic processes in labor matters, also providing support in immigration and corporate issues.

Practice areas and vision for the future

I focus mainly on labor law, negotiation, compliance, internal policies and corporate law. I have a specialty in disciplinary proceedings, an area that I consider one of my great professional passions. My vision for the future is to grow with the firm and contribute to the expansion projects in Costa Rica and the region, contributing my technical and human approach to the service of business law.
